Ever since Shimadzu opened its branch office in Sweden five years ago, we’ve personally assisted our clients to ensure that best service is provided and all professional requirements are met – when and where it matters. As we believe that excellence and science go hand in hand with customer service, we have arranged exclusive workshops at our application laboratory in Kista as well as customized on-site trainings for customers throughout Sweden.
860 000 km is the total mileage of our service trips in the last 5 years. That means we have circled the globe 21.5 times by serving our customers!
