Manager of the Service Management Analytic Europe


at earliest possible time.


Job description:

  • Development of service structures and processes within the Shimadzu group in Europe
  • Development and implementation of new service concepts for the sales of service products including budgeting and budget supervision
  • Assurance of smooth internal as well as external operation of the technical support
  • Advancement of education-, training- and qualification programme.
  • Professional and disciplinary guidance of service technician employees


Your ideal profile:

  • Either a completed natural scientific or technical study or a comparable qualification as well as good commercial knowledges
  • Several years of business experience in technical service, ideally in an international field
  • Confident and positive appearance
  • Excellent analytical skills as well as entrepreneurial, targeting and pragmatic thinking  
  • English fluently in word and written
