Micro-Volume Measurement

This holder holds micro or super-micro
cells for the measurement of extremely
small-volume samples such as DNA and
protein. The minimum required sample
volume is 50 µL. Cells of different bottom
thicknesses can be accommodated since
the height of the cell bottom can be adjusted.

• For UVmini, UV-1900i/2600i/2700i/3600i Plus series and SolidSpec

*) When used on the UVmini series, thesample compartment unitis required. Also, the minimum required sample volume is 100 µL.

This holder is required when using semi-micro
cells and micro cells. (The mask width can be adjusted.)

• For UVmini, UV-1900i/2600i/2700i/3600i Plus series and SolidSpec

*) When using a semi-micro cell with an optical path width of 4 mm on the UV-1800, this accessory is not required; measurement is possible with the standard cell holder.
*) On the UVmini series, only a semi-micro cell with an optical path width of 4 mm can be used.

This holder holds a micro multi-cell, either 8- or 16-cell, for micro-volume measurement.
Two types are available: the normal-temperature
type (MMC-1600) and the constant-temperature
water-circulation type (MMC-1600C). Choose the
cell according to the required model as follows:

• For UVmini, UV-1900i/2600i/2700i and 3600i Plus series

Two types of micro multi-cells, minimum sample
amount of 50 µL and 100 µL, are available for
the 8 series and 16 series.
