In this session, Erich Leitner explore various aspects of the analysis of Gin Tonic. First, he will explain the production of gin and the legal frameworks that play a role in this process. Next, we will detail the sampling and analysis scheme. A key focus will be on the correlation between analytical data and sensory perception, helping us understand how chemical components influence the tasting experience.
