Laboratory TOC systems – Catalytic combustion oxidation
Process analyzers – Catalytic combustion oxidation
Process analyzers for ultrapure water monitoring
Organic compounds are considered contaminants in most types of water. The TOC concentration (total organic carbon) indicates the amount of carbon from organic compounds and serves as a measure of contamination by these components in water.
TOC analyzers using catalytic combustion oxidation are distinguished by their robustness and long operating life. The combustion temperature of 680 °C is below the melting point of common salts, allowing even saline samples to be measured easily and safely. An automatic dilution function enables the dilution of standards and samples. With an additional CLM detector (chemiluminescence), simultaneous determination of TNb (total nitrogen bound) is also possible.
The eTOC series devices are specialists for monitoring ultrapure water in pharmaceutical environments, semiconductor production, and the manufacturing of precision components and medical products.
