The TOC-L Series is a true workhorse, ensuring accurate and reliable measurements using Shimadzu's 680°C catalytic combustion oxidation method. Equipped with a platinum catalyst, it efficiently achieves complete oxidation while extending maintenance life. Compliant with international standards, it accurately measures a wide range from 4 µg/L to 30,000 mg/L and handles an extreme variety of different sample types. Offering excellent value, it supports TC, TIC, TOC, and NPOC, with options for TNb and POC.

Shimadzu's LabSolutions TOC software and Virtual Advisor simplify laboratory operations. LabSolutions TOC provides scalable PC control and data evaluation for TOC-L Series analyzers. Designed for ease of use and everyday operation, it simplifies TOC analysis in routine environments. Built-in quality control features ensure data reliability and support GLP/GMP compliance. It integrates with Shimadzu's LabSolutions platform for data integrity and ER/ES compliance. Virtual Advisor provides flow diagrams, troubleshooting and maintenance support.

  • The TOC-L features Shimadzu's ISP module for automated sample preparation, including acidification, sparging, injection and rinsing. Samples can be prepared in the main instrument to avoid contamination or in the ASI-L autosampler for higher throughput and efficient particle handling. Inert materials prevent cross-contamination, and optimized flow lines handle particle loads. The advanced dilution and injection system reduces maintenance, expands the calibration range, and reduces matrix effects of difficult samples to minimize maintenance.
